Pricing

To attend PeliPalooza 2025, all stores must be in good standings with corporate.

All meetings are for owners only. No managers or guests will be allowed in the meetings.

The cost to attend PeliPalooza for the four days and three nights will be $300.00 per person, based on double adult occupancy in a standard room. If you are staying in a room alone, your cost will increase to $450.00 (single occupancy). (meals included)

Guests accompanying the owners, in a separate room, will pay a rate of $210.00 per person based on adult double occupancy and $420.00 per person based on adult single occupancy (meals/merchandise not included).

Food Pricing

Children 3 and under will be free of charge. (Please note: children 3 and under will be eating off of your plate and will NOT get their own plate)

Children 4-12, and eating at the meals, will be an additional $150.00 per child.

If a child 4-12 does not want to eat meals with the group, additional fees will NOT apply.

Everyone 12+, and eating, will be charged the full $360.00 per person.

Everyone 12+ that is staying in your room, and not eating, additional fees will NOT apply.

The maximum number of people in a single room is 4.

Meals during the trip include the following:

Thursday, January 09, 2025 – Dinner

Friday, January 10, 2025 – Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, and Dinner

Saturday, January 11, 2025 – Breakfast, Snack, and Lunch

Sunday, January 12, 2025 – Breakfast and Snack to Go

Dinner on Saturday is not included.

You will receive a discounted parking rate of $8.00 per day per vehicle

*Any person not on the franchise agreement will be required to sign an NDA. NDA’s will be requested by Donna once the booking is complete through the hotel. Previous NDA’s will not be accepted and a new NDA must be signed.
